How I Interview Others

Which questions do I ask when interviewing someone and why?

### Ideating
First off I love whiteboards, it's like scratch paper but large enough (scratch paper is fine too, but it requires a proximity that is quite intimate and maybe not the best idea when you first meet someone (or maybe it is... this could be a test of how they will handle it... a #cultureFit test. That said, hiring decisions are made in aggregate, and very detailed feedback is always given. Candidates will be able to look up the specific non-verbal tests that they will receive and perpare acoordingly))
It's like that show [3%](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4922804/), but there is never one final test, you can retry as many times as you like.

The Poweerpoint Presenttion

Create a PowerPoint presentation going through the basics. You know it when you can teach it. When you can explain every facet of it. You can then make deductions and inferences. Sometimes there are fundamentals. You will be confused, but eventually you will get the fundamentals and then it will make sense. This is the story of how I learned Tableau

I think I like open ended questions. Tell me what how a website works, you can give an overall idea (this is why whiteboards are awesome)
